Also included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, such as designs for dock shelters.
